Welcome to luckstyle! These Terms of Purchase govern your purchase of products (Women’s Bottoms, Dresses, Swimwear, Tops) from our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement and Acceptance
- Order Submission: When you place an order on luckstyle, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which we confirm by sending an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout.
- Pricing and Currency: All product prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and include applicable taxes (where required by law). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Order Modifications/Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping. To do so, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays).
- Delivery Time: After shipment, delivery is estimated to take 6–12 business days to most destinations. This timeframe is approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, postal service disruptions).
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the relevant shipping carrier’s website.
- Delivery Responsibility: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If you encounter issues with delivery, contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
3. Returns and Refunds
- Return Eligibility: We offer a 60-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- In the original packaging (if applicable).
- Not marked as “final sale” (final sale items are non-returnable).
- Return Process:

- Package the item(s) securely, include the RA number, and ship them to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We will inspect the returned items upon receipt. If approved, we will initiate a refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal) as indicated at checkout.
- Payment Security: All payment information is processed securely through encrypted third-party gateways. luckstyle does not store your full payment details.
- Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total order amount (including taxes and shipping) to your selected payment method. If payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
5. Product Information and Availability
- Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information. However, slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen resolution.
- Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and either offer a substitute (with your approval) or issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
6. Limitation of Liability
- luckstyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to delays in delivery, product dissatisfaction, or loss of use. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected product(s).
