- Product Condition: The item(s) being returned must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or modified are not eligible for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) when requesting a refund.
- Exceptions: Certain items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

- Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
